Dynamic form builder
As technical lead, I built a dynamic form builder for Clearesult from scratch. I cut the time to create a new form from about 6 weeks to 1.5 and mentored 14 new hires.

Context
Clearesult chose me to build the Eligibility Wizard from scratch: a dynamic form builder its customers used to create forms as user flows. I worked remotely with a team distributed across Mexico, Brazil and India. It was my last role at Globant.
Responsibilities
- Technical leadership of the team, while still contributing as a Web UI Developer.
- Communication with managers and clients, and improvement proposals.
- Coordination across development teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitation of agile ceremonies: Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives and Backlog Grooming.
Outcomes
- Shorter form cycle: I designed and implemented the dynamic form generation system. Building a new form went from ~6 to ~1.5 weeks, roughly 75% less.
- Second version: the first version was built with React. After a technical assessment, I proposed a second version using more advanced libraries to speed up new features and delivery times.
- Mentoring: I supported 14 new hires over the course of the project through onboarding, coaching and performance reviews, which improved team retention and performance.
- Delivery: the project shipped on time and within budget, with steady quality improvements.
