Context
Santander International Private Banking is a dynamic, interactive system where clients of Santander’s international private bank review their investment activity. I worked as a front-end developer, and my front-end background let me ramp up on Svelte quickly.
Responsibilities
- Web UI development with Svelte, Sass and Chartist.js.
- Integration of Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Improvements to the responsive design experience.
Outcomes
- Data-driven UX: I integrated Google Analytics and other analytics tools to surface navigation patterns and identify friction points in user flows. That data informed UX improvements and strategic decisions about how the system was used.
